Unassigned Target Reports Repository Views

I'm currently using Administration Groups to assign metrics to EM targets. Using the EM Console I can access a "Unassigned Targets Report" which shows me targets that are not assigned to any administration group due to the property value not being set used to define the Admin Group Hierarchy. What I'd like to do is to create a BI Publisher report to be emailed to DBA team daily so we can check which targets need addressing. I've been searching through some repository views but I'm unable to identify any that provides this type of information. Can anyone point me to
