Instance Name is Blank

Hi,

We see that the instance name is blank for our instances and these are the instances which are created by Inv transaction like Receiving etc., Can some one tell me if this is expected behaviour.  What is instance name suppose to store (unless user updates it manually)?

This field is available as a service key in Teleservices and not expecting it to be blank when instance is created automatially as a result of receiving.
