Punch out catalog restrictions

 Hello Team,
We have two different groups who are going to use same supplier for punch-out. Since they are buying items related to their department, they do not want to see other items while using supplier catalog. I am planning to use two difference responsibilities for this.

What is the best way to hide the items related to other department if supplier is providing same link. Please let me know if anyone has done this. or we should ask supplier to give us two links.

We are using application release 12.1.2
