Can we Upload items against a Standard PO using bulkloader in R12. Similar to Note (464375.1)

Hello,

I was wondering if we could use the same steps in note 464375.1 to load line items into a standard PO that uses inventory items? This note currently shows us how to do it for a Blanket Purchase Agreement.
