12c impdp: UDI-31623, ORA-31623, ORA-06512

Hi, just created our first 12c DB, via DBCA. 
Using Auto Memory with MEMORY_TARGET. Got sga_target and pga_aggragate_target=0.  
Memory target is set to 2.5G

When I do an impdp:

impdp.exe '/@PSPRODDB as sysdba' version=12.1 directory=data_pump_dir dumpfile=EXP_PSPRODDB_12CR1_SEED.DMP exclude=PROCOBJ CONTENT=ALL

I get:
