Zoom function for form personalization

 I want to put a personalization on a form for a specific responsibility.  I want the form to pull up only one specific record upon opening.  I have been told that there is a "zoom to" that I can apply.
I can not find any written info on how to do this in personalizations.  

Any one ever hear of this or create this?
