Why Depreciation start year is 2012 even though in service date is april 2009 & begin depra date july 2009

example: Asset #2366 cost 9000, in-service date 03/31/2010, begin depra date: 07/01/2010, life 60, Method: Declining Balance w/SL,db:150

when we run depra calculation process for this asset.

depreciation is starting from 2012 year instead for 2010...... 2010 & 2011 year depreciation is added to 2012 year...... Can anyone tell me why?
