Project transaction import rejection reason "Invalid Task"

We have recently created an Oracle Project associated with Indirect labor, so we can capture various activities not associated with direct projects.

The creation was set up, and Autotime, the time keeping application we use, accepted the project and task, however, when the time was charged the Transaction input has rejection reason of "Invalid Task"

My question is, what is missing in the setup? The task was created in Oracle Project, or Autotime would not have been able to pick up and allow a charge. We want to collect these charges to the Project, I need to understand what needs to be fixed for the transactions to process.
