ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/24980063'

 Hi,
Interface trip stop is goining into warining and delivery is stuck in interface.
Sales order line is status is shipped/closed. But sales order issue transaction did not happened for the line.

At the time of running the interface trip stop I am getting the error as below:

ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/24980063'. in Package OE_Delayed_Requests_PVT Procedure Process_Request_Pvt
Error msg: ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified acti
vity for item 'OEOL/24980063'. in Package OE_Delayed_Requests_PVT Procedure Process_Request_Pvt
          ERROR
          Rollback to savepoint its_process_order_non_bulk
          No DCP Error
          Inside Loop WSH_DCP_PVT.G_INIT_MSG_COUNT ==> 0
          before deleting tables ==> 3
