Automatically Trigger Case Survey

Would like some help on how to automatically trigger a case survey from a support case (created from Analyst Service Center) that has been resolved.  I'm using CRM v9.2.  The survey has been created and working if triggered manually.  Used AAF under Enterprise Components to setup the policy and trigger point.  But the survey was not triggered when the case status was set to Closed - Resolved.
