PAY: Issue with Closed Earnings Element

Hi All,

We are facing a issue while reopening a closed element. An unused element was closed on 30th Jun 2012, now we wanted to reopen that element. However, upon reopening it is not appearing in front end (Element description, Element Link and Formula result screens) as of current date but in back end, effective end date is showing as 31-Dec-4712.

We have tried with other closed elements, we are not facing this issue.
