Projects & OTL issue..

Hi,
I have defined new alternate name in OTL.
While submitting time entry with specific project, task and TK hours getting error as " Invalid expenditure type and expenditure type class combination".
I think mapping might missed.
Can any one advise how to map this to all projects & it's tasks.
