Ugraded Customer form error

Hi

We upgraded from rel 11.5.10 to 12.1.3. On the site of the customer you cannot tab between the tabs. For example, the form opens in the Site Details tab but when you click on any of the other tabs example Business Purpose we get an error.

It don tell you what the error is, just Error in red in the top left corner.

Any help will be appreciated.
