Oracle Database Masking tab not found in OEM db control 11.1.0.7

Dear Experts.

I have EBS R12.1.3 with database 11.1.0.7.I need to use datamasking pack with OEM db control 11.1.0.7. However I can not find any data masking option in OEM dbcontrol.

Do I have to install GRID control to achieve this? I have read in Oracle sites that OEM db control (11gR1 onwards) should have datamasking feature.

Sincle I will be using the same staging database as my testing database, I find no need fot GRID control.

Please suggests.
