Not able to compile a report which has UNISTR function written in it

Hi Experts,

I have taken an already present rdf from the production environment related to Oracle apps. Now when i try to compile it in the Oracle Reports i its not getting compiled because of the UNISTR function used in it. Strangely the report is working in prod so not getting why i m getting the compilation error. When i am commenting the function, it s compiling. Kindly help me at the earliest
