Publishing Reports Is Very Slow

We are using ADI to publish FSGs to a network directory.  We publish 112 reports and each of them takes about a minute.  This ties the user's computer up for a significant amount of time.  As each file is published a small window opens up.  The title on the window is "Saving" and is says "Saving as:" followed by the network path and file name. 

Prior to our recent move to a new server all 112 of these reports would publish in about 30 minutes.  Something has changed but I can't figure out what.

Any suggestions on how to speed this process up?
