RDF - Forecasting for SLC items

Hi,We are trying to set up RDF for Short Lifecycle Items (e.g. Electronics, Textiles, Toys, Sport etc.) for an ongoing implementation. I had a few queries related to config. and settings:

1. Causal SLC - ROS - This Rate of Sale at item/location is it treated as by week or it depends on forecast level. Should this value be inputted at item/str. Since we are doing settings at Partition level (e.g. department in this 

                                     case), how does this roll up. I do not see any agg. type mentioned in config. for SLC ROS. I would like to know more on how this will be used, as the user guide does not state anything.
