Only Export / Import Primary Default Report

If I export an application from the user test environment with Export Public Interactive Reports and Export Private Interactive Reports set to No will I get the changes to the Primary Default Reports* when I import into Production?  I don't want any other reports in production to be modified.

* In Application Builder, load page with Interactive Report.  Modify report, Save As Default Report Setting, Default Report Type = Primary.
