rft template validation error

 Hi ,   I have rtf file and when I validate that in word ( Tools --> Validate Template ) . I am getting following error

[011014_110657398][][ERROR] [Line 943.122] Illegal closing table XSL context for: xsl:if

[011014_110657400][][ERROR] [Line 1069.2] Last XSL context: <?if:CHECKLIST_COMPLETED_FLAG='Y'?> (<xsl:if test=".//CHECKLIST_COMPLETED_FLAG='Y'">) not closed.

This is old rtf file , it's fairly big file. How to know which tag is incorrect ?

Here it say's Line = 943 but I don't see line numbers any where in rtf template and I feel that this line number will / may be from different document.
