Client Web Exception

 Hi Everyone, I have a problem with a specific user, when she click on close button in the application P0801 she got a web exception, and the application will not be close until the user completely disconnect from JDE(Log off). I though it was a security issue, I gave her CNCADMIN as a role (full right) but always the same issue. I did a test in other machine and the same issue. I delete the userID from F0092 and recreate it, Always the same issue. 
All the users in the same group have no problem, except the user CHEJUL.
