Milestone user audit

Hello,
I'm wondering if Oracle has any plans to implement a delivered audit of the oper id to the student milestone table (similar to what has been added to the student program/plan record).  We have a very decentralized model for how these get assigned and with the recently delivered row-level milestone security hoped to also be able to tell who assigned the milestones.
