transaction in GL_INTERFACE Imported in previous 11i setup but not newly defined ledgers

Hi,  GL entries in gl_interface as making their way fine into Oracle when using set of books defined from the old days when we were on 11i. Now with R12 upgrade, we defined new ledgers and the new transactions are staying the interface table. The data coming in the is the same and set_of_books_id is populated with the ledger ID and ledger_id column is populated with -1. This works fine for old 11 setup in our R12. However, it is not working for R12 new setup. Do you have any insight as to how to troubleshoot the issue and places
