Product Configurator refresh issue post v8.1.1.11 Upgrade

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our environment from v8.1.1.7 to v8.1.1.11 and are having major issues with the product configuration so much so that is totally unusable. Post the upgrade what we are seeing is that as soon as we try to select a value of the attribute (enumerated list) the product ui refreshes thereby not letting you select it. Same is the behavior for any combo box or text box i.e. the moment you click on it Product Configurator page refreshes

Is that a behavior which anyone has encountered recently or heard off since v8.1.1.9 Upgrade and know the solution to? We tried logging showcombo or showcombohide functionas but to no avail. We are actually stuck and any guidance will be appreciated
