ETCs Calculating with resource's old job rate

 Hello,

I have an issue on a project where a resource's ETC cost is being calculated using his previous job rate.

For example, an employee had a job where the rate was 26. 26 * overhead * fringe = 55.38. This was his old burdened rate yet it is still being calculated for future months (ETCs) on the project.

He is now in a job that has a rate of 40. 40 * overhead * fringe = 85.20. This is not being calculated for the ETCs but should be.

One thing to note - he did have a job change at some point during the duration of the project. But regardless, the ETCs should now be factoring in his current job rate rather than his old one.
