requisition approvals/rejections via email not working

Hi,
we are facing below issue, hopefully others have too. if you have please share what was done to overcome this shortcoming.


We want purchase requisition (PR)approves to be able to respond to workflow emails received and approve or reject documents by typing 'approve' or 'reject'. This works if email style is set to text but does not work if email style is set to 'HTML/HTML with attachments'
There is no issue with approvals as such if user logs into Oracle and approve, but this is not efficient for our org, we want capability to approve via email with settings HTML or HTML with attachments so that approve can properly view details before approving.
