printing issue

Hi All,

we have upgraded from 11.5.10.2  to 12.1.3
we have been advised to configure a pasta driver for PDF report printing
However the way I see it is there are two types of reports
a) TEXT reports
b) PDF Reports

can both of these be combined with a single printer driver ?
what I mean is that if we have a printer A can this print
two different reports a) TEXT b) PDF report with same driver.

I know it can be done with two drivers
and the way I configured it was have same printer with two instances
Printer_A_TEXT using HPLJ4 driver and  Printer_A_PDF using pasta driver
