Pay in Advance option - P07620

 I would like use Pay in Advance option with employee vacation request, I have seen that the Leave Entry P07640  is showing the Pay In Advance option, but Employee Self Service P07620 is not showing Pay In Advance check box.  Kindly let me know how I can activate the Pay In Advance option in the ESS Leave request.
