New T5-2 server can't connect to the network and establish network connectivity

Hi All,
Please help me because I am installing a new T5-2 server. I overwrite the factory installed solaris 11 with the latest solaris 10 update 1/13 as a requirement. The installation is successful but when I try  the connectivity of my interface card igb0, I can't established a connection. Let say my igb0 has an IP  and gateway. Then I configure my host(laptop) to connect to the server using the same subnet directly connected. When I conduct connectivity test with its IP successful but when i ping my laptop no answer is the result. I already checked the etc/host, hostname.igb0, etc/defaultrouter,
