Error in Viewing PO/Receipt on Invoice Distribution

Hi all,
We are facing below error while going to view PO/Receipt on Invoice Distribution from one responsibility.

"APP-PO-14142: get_startup_values-5: ORA-01403: no data found . . . "

We followed note 1350427.1; but issue is not rectified. Also note that no exclusion is made on the said responsibility. Please guide.
