Employee Setup Workflow P08710

 We have an requirement i.e. we have setup one task with multiple sub task, but when employee/ manager selects that task it send message to only first app-rover and recipient and other sub task does not considered.

Please advise is there any way that Employee/ Supervisor enter one task which have multiple sub task and system automatically select and send messages to them.
