Unable to connect 10.1.0.4 databases from 12c EM

Hi,

I am seeing some strange in 12c EM.

I have deployed Oracle 12c EM agent (12.1.0.3) on 2 servers where 10.1.0.4 are hosted.
The strange thing is... I am able to connect/add all the 10.1.0.4 databases into 12c EM from one server whereas not in another server.


I am getting the below error message in another server.

lmsa220_hostname.xx.com: Failed. IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection The Connect Descriptor was (description=(address=(host=hostname.xx.com)(protocol=tcp)(port=1521))(connect_data=(service_name=lmsa220)(instance_name=lmsa220)(UR=A)))


Please let me know what would be cause for this error.
