Worklist notification errors with following message "The changes were not applied because You are no

 Customer applied RUP 6 patches for R12.1.3 , New Hire Process approval fails after it.

Below are the observations,

1) Notification sent to right approver

2) Approver approves the notification , it goes to the approved status

3) Workflow administrator gets notification saying , "The changes were not applied because You are not authorized to process this secured assignment Cause: You are attempting to

perform an update on a secured assignment that will affect element entries where you do not have the appropriate authorization.

Action: Clear your changes and repeat them using an appropriately authorized responsibility."

Kindly let me know if anyone faced similar issue after RUP 6 ,also I couldn't understand notification going to approve status , when the transaction is actually errored.
