Concurrent managers not starting after relinking FNDLIBR, FNDSCH, and FNDCR

I have a customer from SR 3-8064673671 who faced the following issue:
After relinking FNDLIBR, FNDSCH, and FNDCRM, concurrent managers are not starting. Checking the process shows them "INITIALIZING." Getting many errors like the following for all 3 binaries in the manager log:

Could not load program FNDCRM: rtld: 0712-001 Symbol kputxcrs was referenced from module FNDCRM(), but a runtime definition of the symbol was not found.

Managers were working prior to the relink. Needed to relink because we applied the patches outlined in doc 290807.1

What I have done so far:

1. I've found the value for java heap was low (512) so I've requested to be changed to 2GB. That didn't solve the issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
