Single Instance Database in RAC

In a scenario of two node RAC with 1 RAC (2 Instance) database and one single instance database. If the node with single instance database is crashed, can we make the database up from the second available node? The single instance database was installed from crashed node. If possible, what would be the right steps to make the database service to get shifted to the available instance?Thank You,
