Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Media Attachment download is not working in FTP on Sun Solaris web server

Hi ,

We are facing a problem when attaching a JPG file in Media Objects. The following error displays when attaching the image file:

"MediaObjectEngine.fetchQueueFiles(): Media Object Fetch Image failed. "

There was no preview of any file available after attached file.

By using the FTP through web browser. All file are open and show there correct.

We faced problem after download an attached PDF file. The following error shows after downloading the pdf file:

" Adobe Reader could not open 'File name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged'

Need your help regrading this issue.
