Table's data output differs with from 1 environment to another !

 Hello All,

 

    i have one question but we can divide it into 2 parts

     

     1ST part:

     

     there  is a table called XLA_TRANSACTION_ENTITIES in XLA shema

     when i query it  to retrieve all data , output is  nothing where as 

     when i explore its data by SQL developer i can see there is data inserted into it  also

     when i explore its data by TOAD program i can see nothing  inserted into it ! !  

      So why this could happen?

      

      

     

     2ND part:

     

     while i was exploring the Schema's tables  by oracle SQL developer program

     i have encountered 2 table figures (i mean there are 2 tables figure 1 with a cloud on it and the other without cloud)
