Not getting the E-MAIL notificaiton to lotus note getting notificaiton from oracle Applicaiton for P

Dear All,

My Purchase Requisition is Approving fine, the sender and Receiver getting notificaiton from oracle Applicaiton Login.

Only for Some user email notificaiton is not gettting from the SCM module , same user getting notificaiton from email ( ( HR and Finance).

Means Indicate some where we have to define his email in the SCM Module. Please inform me where we have to Enter.
