Resize redolog files

Hi

Would you please help me to decide of the redolog files sizing ,i got some confusion about the redolog files and log_buffer size

How can i see if it is a time to resize the redo files( or i must give the same size (redolog,log_buffer)?because they have differnet size and there is no error on alert log file
