WL connection fail with error BEA-001129

Hello,

Please help to look WL connection failure issue. Multiple WL instance can get reconnection error, then disable datasource. This happen intermittent, not very often. This issue has been last months, following changes done but not resolve this issue.

1 This is RAC database, now only one instance is running in 2 node cluster.

2 Network change to address packet loss done

3 Changed NIC.

4 Tuned OS parameters

The error message from application log as below:
