Patch Execution too slow : Langage Patch p6678700

 Hi Community,I installed Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.1 on Oracle Linux 6.4 with 8 GigaBytes Memory.
The Langage Patch p6678700 execution is very slow, He takes 48 hours to execute 10000 Jobs and there is more than 20000 Jobs remaining.
Less than 20%  of memory is used and 0% of swap memory.
I Have 8 Gigabytes and i think that if the appldev user use more memory , the patch will be executed qweekly.
I changed /etc/security/limits.conf parameters to increase memory usage, and also appldev user ulimit parameters with ulimit command but nothing changes.
Please 
Anyone can help to increase patch execution?
