Legal Entity missing in System Paramters

Hello,

I am trying to enter System Parameters in CE but I cannot see the specific Legal Entity at all. The security profile has it - the profile option is also updated and is added to the responsibility being used for the purpose. I can see a Legal entity which is not supposed to be there  and I can see other legal entities which are there in the Security Profile but two of the Legal entities which are there in the Security Profile are not there in LOV. I cannot understand what is possibly causing it. Data Access Set is also updated
