CO State Tax (YTD) Doubling

YTD Department of Revenue taxes for Colorado (state tax area = 06) are doubling on semi-monthly payrolls.  Withholding is correct; however, on payroll register, the taxes are doubling.  This only appears to be for employees hired prior to 06/01/2008.  Tax area set up appears to be correct.  Any thoughts on what may cause this?
