TLS Authentication- Applying Certificate Process

 Hi All,    I have configured SMTP/POP3 for Email Configuration on siebel server. The server is on Wondows  2008 server.
I am following Siebel Security guide for the same, I am not getting exactly how to start with.Totally confused.

1.How can i get the certificates for TLS Authentication?
2.After getting the Certificates, do i need to apply this on siebel server on wondows machine?If Yes then How can i apply?
3.Is it needed to apply on SWSE also? If Yes, then How can i apply?
OR
4.Do i need to apply certificates only to browser for TLS authentication?

Need urgent response for this.
