Tracking statuses of a cancelled PO

Hi All, I have a query. I have a PO with next status and last status as 999 and 400 respectively. User is not certain what has been done with this PO - Cancel/Receipt/PO Print and then cancelled? Could you please look at the attachments and advice? Thank you.
