MEDIA OBJECT FTP File download to the FTP server failed and file show the zero size (Web server on s

Hi ,

I am facing problem FTP download the attached any file. 
following error show after download the any file

If the attached file was PDF then give the following error.

" Adobe Reader could not open
'File name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged'

The upload file by using the FTP is working fine. The file was show in both location like FTP\WEB server.
The FTP browser was show this file through web browser.

The file store location on web server is "moqueueftp" directory is during the upload file.
