BI Publisher multiple query problem - need help

 I have created multiple SQL in the oracle report builder 10g when I generate the xml from my local system i.e. from directly oracle reports builder 10g under windows 7 64 bit and it is generating 4 different groups based upon the 4 different un-joint SQLs. But when i run this rdf file from the EBS R12 then it only generating the xml for the only one sql and generating only the one group. I have to show the all these things in the one template.
