what function control the the view of "Intracompany balancing line added by Posting" from JE form?

we use A and B responsibilities for GL with the same main menu,but B responsibility cannot view the whole JE from Journals form.

Resp A can view JE line 1~4

Resp B can view JE line 1~2

ex.

1.DR  1111

2.     CR 2222

3.DR  3333            Intracompany balancing line added by Posting

4.      CR 4444       Intracompany balancing line added by Posting

what function restrict the intracompany JE from JE form ?
