No Data Found error while Opening Credit Memo

Hi,

We are facing the below error when we are trying to open the Credit Memo in Transaction Workbench

ORA-01403: no data found

Accordin to Doc ID 1341752.1(Transaction Workbench Issue: Querying an existing Invoice or Credit Memo Raises Error: ORA-01403: No data found. (Doc ID 1341752.1)) we applied 12631570 patch.
After the patch was applied we are getting the below error,

FRM-40831: Truncation occured: value too long for field CT_PREV_TRX_REFERENCE

When I press ok and check the credit memo the Reference field value is truncated.

I have checked the 1470780.1(Unable To Query Credit Memo After patch 12631570 - FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field CT_PREV_TRX_REFERENCE (
