wonder if fat client would have kernel parameter in jde.ini ?

 Hi, can somebody clarify if kernel parameter can be found in fat client jde.ini instead of logic server?If yes, the priority would go to which one 1st ? Say the job submited to server , below singleThreadedMode = N ,,can i change to Y for that single fat client only whereas other fat clients will be using mutli-threaded
