Fusion CRM: All Users WSDL - WebService Client creation error

Hi,

In order to extract complete list of users in Fusion CRM, we're trying to Create Web Service Client with below respective wsdl URLs downloaded through OER (Oracle Enterprise Repository):

1--http://isv25-crm-crm-ext.oracle.com/hcmUsersUser/UserService?WSDL

2--http://isv25-crm-crm-ext.oracle.com/hcmPeopleRoles/UserDetailsService?WSDL


Appreciate quick help on the same please.

Note: Attached is the error screenshot for same.
